Trio — Trio Metamorphosi

"Penso che siate un grande Trio." Antonio Meneses, violoncellista del celebre 'Trio Beaux Arts', parlava così del Trio Metamorphosi, composto da Mauro Loguercio e dai due fratelli Angelo e Francesco Pepicelli.
E anche altri illustri esponenti della musica cameristica, da Renato Zanettovich, violinista del 'Trio di Trieste' ("Un magnifico Schubert, siete estremamente efficaci") a Bruno Giuranna ("Un ottimo trio, la coesione fra gli strumenti è assolutamente rara, è stato un piacere ascoltarvi. Bravissimi!"), si sono espressi in modo lusinghiero a riguardo.
Il nome del Trio è un inno al processo continuo di cambiamento, così necessario in ambito artistico. E intende sottolineare la progressiva crescita di un complesso cameristico mai schiavo dell'abitudine, anzi, sempre pronto a mettersi in gioco con la volontà di creare prospettive di unicità in ogni performance.
